About Traci

I have worked in healthcare most of my career. I will work in collaboration with people and families that need in home, travel or respite care . I am willing and interested in providing direct client care ; encouraging them in their daily routine, supporting their physical and social wellbeing, housekeeping and laundry , meal prep , errands/appointments. Additionally I am willing to do a general safety survey and thorough physical assessment on an as needed on call basis . This would be particularly useful when a family member has a concern that they can not logistically or practically address . I can also work with healthcare providers to resolve issues a client may be having , and advocate for the client if requested . I can visit in hospital or other facility. I can facilitate communication or interventions when families are having difficulties.
