About Traci

Hi, I'm Traci, a student at Spelman College with a passion for supporting vulnerable communities. My studies in psychology and experiences, such as working with children in an orphanage in Soweto, South Africa, have deepened my understanding of how thoughtful care fosters a child's growth and well-being. I bring patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach to caregiving, ensuring children feel safe and supported. I work closely with parents to follow their preferences, reinforce routines, and create a stable environment. From playing educational games to engaging in outdoor activities, I strive to make every moment enjoyable and meaningful.
