About Traci

I have a long-standing passion for childcare and for creating clean, well-organized home environments that help families thrive. I began working as a nanny at the age of 12 and continued in childcare roles throughout my summers until graduating from college at 23, gaining over a decade of hands-on experience caring for children of various ages. Through this experience, I developed a deep understanding of children's daily needs, routines, and emotional well-being, along with a strong appreciation for how a clean, orderly home supports a calm and healthy household. I genuinely enjoy helping families manage the demands of daily life by providing attentive childcare while also maintaining a clean, organized living space that allows parents to focus on work, family time, and peace of mind.
