About Traci

Hi, I'm Traci, a Newborn Care Specialist with 10+ years of experience supporting families from birth through infancy. My primary focus is overnight care-helping with feeding, soothing, and building healthy sleep foundations so both baby and parents can rest. My approach is attachment-based and sleep-focused, and I work to mirror each family's parenting style-I aim to be your hands when you're not there, creating consistency your baby can trust. I also have extensive experience with sleep training and developing routines that support longer, more consistent sleep. I'm currently in nursing school and work with a small number of families to provide consistent, high-quality care. I'm primarily available for overnight support Friday and Saturday nights, with some flexibility, and daytime care Friday-Sunday. CPR/First Aid certified with reliable transportation. Most families I work with see noticeable improvements in sleep within 1-2 weeks.
