About Traci

I am a registered behavior technician, I previously have worked in several schools with children of all ages on the spectrum. For two decades, I've dedicated myself to nurturing young minds and creating enriching experiences for children. My passion stems from witnessing their growth firsthand and knowing I've made a positive impact. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, and I believe in open communication with parents. I follow your lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. At the end of each day, I provide written reports, and I'm also available for verbal updates at pickup or via text/phone. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and even some technology-based games. I am comfortable caring for children ages 12 and up. I have completed some college and hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid. I find joy in helping young people discover their potential, and I'm eager to share my love for learning with your family.
