About Traci

I am a mother of two daughters in college. I was a stay at home mom for 16+ years and I am looking to get out of the office environment. My patient and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children and create a safe, nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any concerns. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience caring for children aged 1 to 11. My educational background, including some college, enhances my ability to provide stimulating activities that promote learning and development. I enjoy playing a variety of games, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I'm willing to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel.
