I have only had baby-sitting jobs, however, I didn't get paid to Nanny my nephew for a while, but I enjoyed it. I love children because they are God's gift. In order for them to reach their greatest potential they need support, attention, discipline, and adventure. Building a fort in the living room is the adventure, and cleaning everything back up is the discipline. Most importantly, children desperately need love. Everything done with them needs to be out of love, and it needs to be genuine because they can tell when you are not real. (I am a twin, that is the only experience I have with them though.)
