Traci was an incredible babysitter for my 1.5 year old son. They played, ate lunch, and went on a walk together. She is a good communicator and asks the necessary questions to keep him on schedule. As first time parents, we were looking for someone who knew the skills necessary to effectively take good care of our 11-week old newborn. She asked all the right questions, was very kind, and it was encouraging she's raised five kids of her own.

Traci worked for us from for twelve months between 2022 ands 2023.  She was a fantastic caregiver for our one-year-old daughter.  She was extremely accountable and proactive in determining activities for the two of them to do together.  Our daughter is still very comfortable with her and looks forward to her visits.  Traci chose to pursue other interests, otherwise she might still be working for us!

Traci was our daughters nanny for a little over a year. She started with us when our baby was only two months old and honestly, saved our lives. I was a new mom with a hectic work schedule and little support system and I have to say that we just got so lucky finding Traci. She's a diamond in the rough! I have nothing bad to say about Traci. She has a heart of gold and a ton of experience with children. Our now 14 month old is very gifted and I attribute her advanced language development to the time and patience Traci spent with her, teaching her new words and reading her books. She was a God send! I would highly recommend Traci to anybody seeking a nanny!

We hired Traci as a night nurse for our 4 week old daughter, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. Traci had such an incredible energy and warmth, and I felt like I could relax and trust that my baby would be taken care of. We have baby monitors all over the house, and I could see that Traci took amazing care of my daughter all night. It was truly a pleasure having Traci in our home. I don't say that lightly because we (unfortunately) had some very bad experiences with 3 other night nurses before we found Traci. Traci was such a breath of fresh air.

Traci was really amazing with our daughter! From the very beginning, it was a really great experience with her.  She was very interactive, playful, and communicates very well with our child. We look forward to having her come again.

My husband and I interviewed and hired Traci to watch our 4 month old daughter. We ended up offering her the job and then one week before she was supposed to start she messaged us out of the blue and said we need to find a new nanny. She left us completely high and dry. The reason she gave was that her husband and children had come down with COVID. I completely understand if you need to take a few weeks to deal with COVID and quarantining, but to say that you can no longer take a job that we had talked about her having for the next two years is another thing entirely. So here we are, a few days before I am supposed to go back to work and we still do not have a nanny and Traci is not responding to my messages or phone calls. I also question her COVID story all together. We negotiated her starting rate at $23/hr and she was previously making $25/hr. I think in my gut that she kept looking and ended up finding someone to pay her more and didn't care who she screwed over in the process.

Traci helped us over a two week period in December during a family transitional period and she exceeded our expectations.  Great experience and it came through in her ability to very quickly establish a rapport with our 6 month old.  Will look to bring her back at the earliest opportunity!

Traci has worked for our family for over 10 months now, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family with young babies or toddlers. She actively engages our daughter every day, playing and learning in an age-appropriate way that Traci continues to modify as she grows. Even though she's only 15-months old, our daughter now says almost 50 words, can identify several colors, and repeats the letters of the alphabet, even identifying some of the letters on her own without prompting. I give Traci the credit here! Most importantly, I feel completely at peace when our daughter with Traci, knowing she is safe and happy - a blessing no mom takes for granted.
