Hi, I'm Tracie and I'm 24. I've worked in childcare for about 6 years and I am now working as an RBT therapist for children with autism and other learning disabilities. I just graduated from wgtc with my degree in early childhood education. I am going back to school to get my bachelor's in science education. My goal is to teach 1st grade. Tracie was great with giving the babies their dinner and putting them to bed. She was punctual, followed my instructions for bedtime routine and the babies enjoyed their time with her. The next day, all I heard was Tracie this, Tracie that. The babies easily felt comfortable with her before my departure.
