Tracie was our nanny for three years. Tracie was extremely patient and caring with our children. They frequently turned to Tracie for snuggles when they were hurt or feeling sad. I always knew that my children were safe and well cared for while they were with Tracie. Aside from my husband and me, Tracie is the only adult who has been able to soothe my children during their most intense upsets. Tracie has a great attitude and my children adore her. They always run to the door when she arrives and make sure to get their goodbye hugs at the end of the day. Tracie is well versed in the growth, development, and education of young children. She was a wealth of knowledge for our household and our children benefited from Tracie's presence in our house.
