I'm passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering their development. With a heart full of patience and creativity, I seek to make a positive impact on the lives of children and provide reliable support for families. My calm and friendly nature creates a welcoming environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore their imaginations. When it comes to communication, I believe in open and regular dialogue with parents. I provide verbal updates at pickup and am always available for text or phone conversations. I adapt to the parents' preferred communication method to ensure they are well-informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. As for household rules, I follow the parents' lead and work collaboratively to ensure consistency and a harmonious environment for the children. I find immense joy in playing games with children that cater to their interests and promote their growth.
