I'm extremely meticulous& also a frequent vacation rental guest so I know what needs to be done. Guests notice everything& details are important. Manage your own vacation rental but you're NOT here in St Augustine? I'm available to act as U in your absence. Monthly walk through& inspections checking bulbs, batteries, charging door bell cams, stocking your supplies, changing filters receiving packages etc. Also can come upon guest checkout to inspect, set up gift baskets, welcome cards, flowers & the little extrasLooking forward to helping U keep your vacation rental clean&ready for guests. I'm a stay at home dog mom w/ a very flexible schedule. Only accepting jobs on the Island.
