Tracey has watched my children for over a year now. She began watching my 4-month-old boy when I went back to work and would also occasionally watch my older twin boys who were almost 4 at the time. All of my kids love Tracey. Sometimes I am coming and going or at home doing work and I can hear music, laughter and fun. She is always thinking of ways to engage my children. She brings different activities and fun toys every visit as well as games that she leaves for us to play for the week. I watch her work on words with my now 17-month-old and patiently referee my older twin boys when they inevitably fight over a toy. While my priority and her priority has always been the children, when she has downtime she busies herself making my life easier by keeping the house in order. She is extremely reliable, and I feel so confident in trusting her with my precious boys.
