About Tracey

For two decades, I've found immense joy in nurturing young minds and supporting families. My positive experiences with children led me to this fulfilling path. I hold a college degree and have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I currently work as a child care director during the school year at a private school. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My approach is patient and creative, allowing me to connect with children of all ages through learning, games and outdoor activities. I enjoy taking field trips to parks and I am comfortable caring for up to three children. I reinforce household rules using positive discipline and redirection. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether it's a written report or a quick chat at pickup. I'm also happy to help with meal prep, light housekeeping, and crafts. I truly believe in making a difference in each child's life, and I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
