Hey my name is Tracey. I've been an RN since 2006. I currently own a personal care home in Free Home (Trinity Manor) but also looking to offer my services to anyone in need in my spare time during the week. I am proficient with Dementia/Alzheimer's patients and any other nursing or non nursing care you may need, including assistance with activities of daily living, bathing, medication administration, etc. I'm a caregiver by nature and I know there are people at home in need that aren't ready for facility placement but could use some extra help. I also understand that caregiver burn out is a real thing and I'd love to be able to treat not only the patient but the whole family by allowing the usual caregiver some time off to relax and reset.
