Tracey has been with us for one and a half years now as a caregiver to Ida who is 86 years old. She has been absolutely terrific in her job. She is very even-keel in her temperament and always has a positive can-do attitude. Tracey is also an excellent problem solver with a lot of common sense. She is very caring and gives 100% to her duties every day. Tracey multitasks very well and is very efficient in all her tasks. She has become part of the family and is very trustworthy. I don't know how we could get along without her!
