About Tracey

I have been in the childcare field for 35 years. I have my associate's degree in Early Childcare. I was a Director for a childcare center for 15 years. I have my CPR and First Aid certificate. I am also a mother of two older children. We have two furry kids too, I love animals! After my childcare closed in 2011, I became a nanny for several families. I have found that caring for families in their home is very rewarding. I feel like I actually become part of the family. I am looking for a position which would allow me to grow with the family.

Tracey has been an incredible nanny for our daughter for the past year, caring for her since she was under six months old. From day one, she has adapted beautifully to every stage of Lilah’s growth and treats her as if she were her own. Having someone new care for our child and be home with us while we work remotely was a big deal for us, but Tracey made it all so easy, normal, and completely stress-free. She fits seamlessly into our daily routines and enriches Lilah’s life with fun crafts, books, music, and activities. She encourages learning by teaching new words and sign language, ensures plenty of outdoor time, and takes her to the library and playground. She has also been a huge help with laundry while Lilah naps. Tracey is warm, creative, and dedicated, and her presence has been such a gift to our family. We are truly sad to say goodbye due to our move. Anyone would be lucky to have Tracey as their nanny. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
