Tracey is wonderful and currently works for us. We'd love to keep her forever but schedules change I know. The kids love her gentle nature, patience, kindness and energy. We love Tracey for being so responsible and never worry when she has the kids. It's easy to let her know what you need and can feel sure it'll be done just that way from then on. She's gone through our youngest as a baby through potty training and our oldest (6) has benefited from her training as a teacher's aide at homework time. The work gets done.
