My motivation stems from a genuine passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. Previous roles have only reinforced my desire to positively impact their lives. With a graduate degree (Masters of Nursing), I offer respite care, transportation, and home health services. I can also assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm experienced in dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with compassion. I'm friendly, approachable, professional, and detail-oriented. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection.
