About Tracey Ann

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is truly important to me. For the past 10 years, I have been a CHHA, providing respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and medical management. I am also trained in CPR. I understand the importance of building connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including verbal updates and written daily reports. My goal is to support well-being and independence with a patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach. I also have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. Supporting families by providing reliable care is my priority, and I look forward to bringing my experience and heart to your family.
