Tracee is an extraordinary caregiver with lots of experience. Tracee has been a nanny in the past, has her own 5 grown children (4 who are quadruplets) and a grandchild whom she cares for regularly. While you couldn't find a nanny with better experience or who is a better caregiver, what really sets Tracee apart is her superior judgment & problem solving and her professionalism. Tracee has been trained as a Court Appointed Special Advocate to advocate for children who are in the custody of the court. Because of Tracee's superior judgment and problem-solving, she was assigned to some of the most difficult cases in Ohio. In addition to her unparalleled caregiving and superior judgment and problem solving, Tracee is a true professional. She is ALWAYS on time and does what she says when she says she will do it. I wholeheartedly recommend Tracee as a caregiver.
