Towanda is very caring and has keen insight in identifying the needs of the persons in her care. She interacts well both with the patient and the family. She took care of my dad during the last year and a half or so of his life. She was there with me when he passed, each of us holding one of his hands. And she took care of me after my two knee replacement surgeries during 2020. She was quite helpful as I started my recoveries.
