Pet and house sitting is a lifestyle that allows me to stay grounded in what matters: meaningful connection, slow living, and showing up with care. It fits beautifully with my remote work as a writer, and it's something I truly enjoy doing alongside my 15-year-old son. Together, we get to explore new places, learn from different communities, and care for animals and homes with thoughtfulness and respect. Each sit becomes its own kind of learning experience -- whether it's understanding a pet's routine, caring for a garden, or discovering a new corner of the world.
