I have been taking full care of kids for as early as I can remember. I have two younger siblings that are 10 years and 16 years younger than me so I've always helped with them since they were babies. I worked in a daycare for over a year where I was responsible for up to 12 toddlers at a time up to four infants at a time and sometimes 20 preschoolers at a time. I also worked with 10 and up in this daycare with at least 15+ kids a day. I am very good under pressure. I don't panic. I understand kids come with a lot and I feel 100% prepared to take on any challenge that may arise.
