About Tori

Hi! My name is Tori, I'm 32 years old, a wife and mom to a 1-year-old. My family and I recently moved to Utah from Pennsylvania, and we're enjoying this new chapter together. Caregiving has always been part of who I am. I have over 10 years of experience caring for seniors and 6 years working with individuals with disabilities. I'm also a certified personal trainer with a specialization in adaptive fitness, and I'm passionate about helping people stay strong, mobile, and independent. I will be starting massage school this August with the goal of combining fitness and hands-on care. I also understand caregiving on a personal level through my own experience with chronic illness, which gives me deep empathy for those going through difficult seasons. I treat every person I care for like family, making sure they feel safe, heard, and truly cared for. I would love to connect with you!
