About Tori

I am an experienced nanny with years of experience caring for children. At a young age, I began helping a stay-at-home mom look after her daughter, and as I got older began babysitting many children in my neighborhood! I also have experience working one on one with children as a therapeutic summer camp counselor, working as a tutor in a middle school and as a teachers aid in a kindergarten and preschool. I have worked at summer camps and had a variety of nannying positions during college. I previously worked at a rehabilitation center for teens, and feel that experience has set me up for success in any setting to think on my toes and be ready for anything! I have had CPR and first aid certification and am also fully vaccinated with a booster as well! I am responsible, hardworking, and caring and love working and looking after children. Tori watched our one year old daughter for over a year, until she was 2.5 years old. She was an amazing fit for our family. She watched her about 15 hours per week (11 hours on Tuesdays and 4 hours on Fridays). During their days together she would play with her, walk to the park (sometimes twice a day), do art, read books etc. Tori always got down on her level and made our daughter her #1 priority from the moment she stepped in the door in the morning. She ensured she had lunch and snacks at her normal scheduled time, in addition to putting her down for her nap. When I arrived home from work, Tori always had the house tidy and the dishes clean, which was a nice treat for me. My daughter built a wonderful bond with her, always asking if Tori was coming (even after Tori moved away). Tori was the first “non-family member” to watch our daughter, so it was a big life event for our family. But, I feel so lucky that we found Tori, because when my husband and I went to work, I always felt confident that Kira was not only safe, but thriving. To this day, we would still have Tori watching our daughter if she hadn’t moved out of California. You won’t be disappointed if you hire Tori to watch your children.
