Hello families! I am a calm, loving woman who enjoys caring for children and being a positive, supportive presence in their lives. I lead a healthy lifestyle and am passionate about holistic wellness, nutrition, fitness, and brain health. I work in functional medicine specializing in CranioSacral Therapy, with a focus on autonomic nervous system recovery. This work has deepened my understanding of emotional regulation, compassion, and the importance of creating calm, safe environments where people feel supported and cared for. I have many years of experience working with children through babysitting and swim coaching. These experiences taught me that every child learns, grows, and expresses themselves differently. I believe encouragement, consistency, and kindness help children build confidence and trust. Beyond childcare, I enjoy helping households run smoothly, and I am happy to assist with household management tasks.
