I'd describe my personality as loyal, supportive, and trustworthy. I like caring for seniors because it allows me to connect with their life experiences through their stories. I'm looking for a job that I can work one-on-one with older adults to develop personal fitness plans that accommodate their physical abilities and health conditions. I started caring for seniors several years ago, when my father-in-law needed assistance with his daily routine and exercise activities. In my spare time, I like to stay mentally and physically fit by exercising, gardening, assisting Veterans, and working on puzzles. One thing you should know about me is that I'm very passionate about others attaining their goals. Compassion: Understand and respond to the emotional and physical needs of seniors. Communication: Able to communicate clearly and patiently. Problem-Solving: Seniors often face unique challenges, so the ability to assess situations and come up with effective solutions is vital.
