Tonya was an excellent caregiver who provided 24/7 care for our mother, who was living with advanced-stage ALS. Tonya was eager to learn, asked insightful questions, and patient. Our mother’s care was highly regimented and complex, involving feeding tube management, cough assist, suction, BiPap, Hoyer lift transfers, medication administration, and detailed personal care. Tonya was dependable, a clear communicator, flexible with her schedule, compassionate, and attentive to both the patient’s physical and emotional needs. Her empathy and calm presence made an enormous difference in the quality of care and comfort our mother received.
