About Tonya

I'd describe my personality as loving, bubbly, and friendly. I like tutoring because I get to help people strengthen academic weaknesses and grow in confidence as a result. I'm looking for a job that utilizes my gifts and skill set in a purposeful way. I started tutoring when I was in college officially, although I did assist with summer tutoring once when I was around 12 years old. In my spare time, I like to explore new places, spend time with family and friends, and work on creative projects. One thing you should know about me is that I care deeply about helping people improve themselves. My skills include empathy, patience, and active listening.
