About Toni

Toni has been with our family for 3 years, joining us about a month after our twins came home from the hospital. She has been a loving and caring member of our family. She has been responsible over the course of their lives making bottles and diapering to making baby food and freezing it, preparing regular meals for our twins, interacting with the boys with developmentally appropriate activities and doing general clean up of their messes. She had access to our family car and planned and executed excursions outside the house such as the trips to the zoo, museums, play areas, and parks. Mutual respect goes a long way as in we have respected her time and commitment and she has respected our home and our family. She works long hours, 10 hour days, and is still willing to adjust her schedule such as coming in early or staying late or sometimes coming in on some weekends. It is nice to know that we have someone who knows the routine and not have to worry about a new babysitter coming in each time. We could not have gotten to this point without her, but with our twins going to full time preschool, we are all sad to give Toni up.
