About Toni

Happy to unreservedly recommend Toni, who is a really caring, hardworking individual who we now regard as family. Toni began caring for my mother, who is bedbound, two years ago. In addition to being friendly, polite and generous with her time, Toni reliable, punctual, strong and energetic. She doesn't do anything in half measures, and I always felt my mom was in capable, caring hands. Communicative and responsive, Toni follows instructions and takes correction very well. She adjusts/corrects/pivots when asked and we never needed to repeat anything twice. She takes initiative, and she problem-solves very well, offering solutions and ideas that proved really helpful. She kept my mom clean, comfortable and provided invaluable companionship. She's also a good cook and willing to do light housekeeping! If my mom weren’t currently recuperating from a long illness in a facility away from home, Toni would still be working with us for her care. I would absolutely have her back. Toni is professional, but she’s also genuinely kind and nurturing. She and my mother grew close and she’s come to visit her multiple times in a personal capacity since she’s been ill. She took care of my mom as if she were her daughter. I truly believe she will do the same for you or your loved one.
