About Toni

My name is Max and I bring over a decade of experience as a childcare professional including work as a nanny, daycare teacher, and children's educational specialist on a nonprofit farm. I hold an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at Columbia University. I have extensive experience working with queer families and I am committed to providing care that honors family structures and actively supports the destabilization of traditional gender hierarchies in age appropriate and child centered ways. I approach this work with respect, cultural humility, and developmental awareness, ensuring that all children feel affirmed, safe, and free to explore their identities without limitation. My childcare philosophy centers the power of play as a foundation for learning, confidence building, and emotional expression. I strive to create environments where children feel deeply seen, and encouraged to explore the world with curiosity.
