I was initially very skeptical to hire Toni, as she seemed too good to be true. It was a pleasant surprise to call her references and have them confirm how wonderful she is. My children immediately felt comfortable with her, and she knows exactly how to actively watch and engage with them the entire time. She will bring her own toys, and after a visit or two, will try to bring specific toys that she knows each child will love. She is as professional as they come, and I cannot recommend her enough!
