We were desperate for help with our 3.5 yr old daughter for one month until her preschool reopened and were extremely fortunate to find Toni! I was curious as to how long it would take my daughter to get comfortable with a stranger but she fell in love with her the first day. My daughter had been fighting nap time for over a month before Toni came and she put her down for a nap with NO issues her first day (and every day after). If our daughter wasn't returning to her preschool we would 100% have begged Toni to stay with us. We hope she continues to be a date night babysitter for us as often as she'd like for as long as she'd like.
