My calling is to support the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. Previous care roles have shown me the positive impact I can have on their lives. I am a Certified Home Health Aide with one year of experience. I provide personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, companionship and a soothing or fun environment. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding each care recipient's preferences and personal history. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing verbal updates and regular check-ins. I am also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. I have a high school degree, and I am comfortable with pets. I'm eager to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
