We hired Toni to watch our 1 year old son 5 days a week, 8:30-6 for two months while we lived in CT for the summer. We could not have had a better experience with Toni. She has an extremely positive and calming attitude while also being very playful and fun. I worked from home and would often hear my son giggling in the other room. Toni also worked a lot with him on developmental milestones like walking and learning his first words. In a short time she really became part of the family. She took our son to the local kiddie pool almost every day and made sure he was safe and helped him learn to play with other kids for the first time. Several mom's that regularly saw Toni at the pool noted to me how great she was and one tried to hire her as a nanny for her twins who will be born soon. I can't say enough good things. We miss her!
