I was a teacher's assistant for eight years. I worked in a life skills class the entire time. I had to feed students, change diapers, load and unload wheelchair-bound students, shower them when necessary, wash their soiled clothing, and assist the students in the classroom. The students were under constant supervision. I volunteered in the special education department when I was in high school. I loved children, and I have a passion for helping those who can't help themselves.
