Tomi was an angel in helping to care for my handicapped brother. We had a parade of caregivers who failed to meet our expectations for even the most basic of care. Tomi went over the top to make my brother happy, clean, and safe. He very much looked forward to the days he could spend with her. As a giver, she's a 10 out of 10.
