About Toko

Hi! My name is Toko and I am currently pursuing my Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. For my undergrad, I graduated from Emory University in 2019 with a B. S. in Biology and a Minor in Japanese. I was a pitcher for the Emory softball team and was National Runner-Up my senior year. With my experience as a student-athlete at an elite university, I am experienced in finding a balance between school work and extracurricular activities. Throughout my high school years, I tutored many middle school and high school students. When I went to college, I helped tutor my younger teammates who were also pursuing a biology degree like me. Teaching and sharing knowledge is something that I enjoy doing because I believe a chance for a successful future is so important for everyone!
