Todd M. serves as our after-school tutor for our 11-year old daughter (6th GR) and 9-year old son (3rd GR). My husband and I both work full-time. We have enlisted Mr. M. to work with our children M-F from 3pm- 7pm. He picks them up from school and brings them home to focus on homework. He also manages pick-up/drop off for weekly off-site speech therapy sessions. Mr. M. immediately started helping both kids create daily lesson plans for themselves, which has taught them critical time management and executive functioning skills. He supports them on daily assignments and test prep in all subjects and has serves as an extra liaison with our teachers and therapy providers. He helps with light meal prep and keeping our house tidy. He is a motivator who helps our kids navigate life lessons, from graciously rising above 6th grade girl drama, to being a supportive Little League team player. He has quickly become a trusted extension of our family, and we highly recommend him.
