About Tishanna

I'd describe my personality as patient, compassionate, and optimistic! I like working with kids because I enjoy fostering a safe, positive environment where children can learn, grow, and build confidence. I'm looking for a job that brings me joy and fulfillment, keeps me on my toes and makes every day feel unique and impactful. I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I babysat for a family friend from the age of 13-18. During high school I took child development and early childhood education classes where I taught at a preschool. In my spare time, I like running, cycling and pickleball. I love photography, painting, and doing nails. I also enjoy exploring LA, trying new cafes, restaurants, hikes, and going to the beach. One thing you should know about me is I am a very caring person. I care to treat people with compassion and respect. My skills include creating a safe, comfortable environment, emotional support and reassurance, positive guidance and redirection.
