About Tisha

I am dependable, patient, and attentive, with hands on experience supporting both children and adults in daily care. I create a calm, safe, and structured environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and understood. I also have experience teaching preschool and kindergarten in a private school setting, which gave me a strong understanding of early childhood development and the importance of routine, consistency, and age appropriate activities. My experience includes supervising daily routines, preparing meals, helping with basic needs, and keeping children engaged in a safe and positive environment. I am especially mindful of individual needs and have experience supporting children with different communication styles, including those on the autism spectrum. I am CPR certified and currently completing First Aid certification. I communicate clearly with families and understand the importance of trust, reliability, and consistency in child care.
