I have experience supporting children with a variety of special needs and developmental differences through my work as an RBT and Inclusion Support professional in education. I am familiar with ABA-style support, behavior management techniques, emotional regulation support, and adapting care to fit each child's individual needs and personality. I have worked with autistic children, children with ADHD, and children with different learning and behavioral needs, which strengthened my patience, attentiveness, and ability to create calm, supportive, and structured environments. I also previously worked closely with a toddler with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) and am comfortable assisting with G-tube feeds and following specific care routines with attentiveness and compassion. I truly enjoy building trusting relationships with both children and parents and strive to create a safe, encouraging, and engaging environment where children feel supported and understood.
