Services Offered: Scheduling and coordinating appointments across providers Assisting with transportation (driving client vehicle or arranging third-party service) Accompanying client to medical appointments for note-taking and support Communicating, as authorized, with healthcare providers, insurers, and family or designated contacts Organizing paperwork, bills, and important information Simplifying and organizing the home environment Not Offered: hands-on caregiving (bathing, dressing, housekeeping, meal prep), medical or clinical services, or legal or financial advice. I function as a neutral coordination layer - supporting both clients and their existing professional team.
