Tina W has been assisting with my mother's in-home care for about nine months now. If not for her, mom would not be enjoying the quality of life she is. Tina's blend of professionalism and caring show a true understanding of the job. She knows when to be insistent (for safety purposes) but always treats mom with compassion and respect. Tina knows and understands mom's current level of functioning and rather than focusing on what mom is no longer able to do, she focuses on being in the moment with her. I am able to leave my home and trust that everything is under control and have the peace-of-mind knowing mom is being well taken care of.
