Hi my name is Tina, I am a newly licensed LPN with 20+ years of experience as a CNA delivering quality patient care in a diverse range of healthcare settings. My experience varies from Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Private Practices and Private Cases. I have worked with Geriatrics, Alzheimer /Dementia and patients with physical and mental challenges. My medical skills range from assisting with Activities Of Daily Living (ADLS), Basic Care Needs (Hygiene), Medication Management, Meal Preparation, Treatment Plans, Companionship, Emotional Support, Transfers (Single or Mechanical), Transportation to/ from doctors appointments and hospital stays. In addition to my skill set, I can assure Compassion, Consistency, and Continuity. I'm flexible with my hours of services. I also have a network of Registered/ Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Home Health Aides to assure availability if the need is something I'm unable to cover.
