By actively listening and observing how students interact with new material, I tailor my methods--whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or collaborative discussion--to suit student's individual styles. Since I have extensive experience with Special Education, I excel at breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps to build student confidence. I prioritize open communication with family to ensure goals are met together. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult topic finally clicks.
