I'm skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I prioritize understanding preferences and personal history to build strong connections. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates via text, phone call, or during visits. I have CPR and First Aid Training, a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
