For a decade, I've dedicated myself to enriching the lives of adults and seniors. My passion stems from a deep desire to support their independence and well-being, fueled by positive experiences in previous care roles. I provide respite care, errands/shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I understand the importance of earning trust and prioritize open communication with families, providing verbal updates or regular check-ins via text or phone call, always following their preferred method. I have completed some college and hold current CPR and First Aid Training certifications. Helping your family find peace of mind would be my honor.
